Quality Assurance ISO 9002

Thomson Bethune's Edinburgh office is certified with ISO 9002 accreditation. The Glasgow office works to the same accredited quality manual and will achieve this accreditation later this year.

The following is an extract from our accredited Quality Manual that contains our quality policy

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY
Quality Policy Statement

The Directors have defined and documented the objective and policies for assuring the quality of our service to Clients.

‘To develop and implement Financial Management Systems tailored to the requirements of each individual Client.

To ensure that Clients obtain value for money from their building projects and be proactive in establishing that the time cost and quality criteria of each project are effectively addressed.’

The Quality System Manager reports to the Company Chairman on the implementation of Q.A. Procedures.

The Company Chairman has the ultimate responsibility and authority for ensuring that the System is soundly understood, implemented and maintained in compliance with ISO 9002 and is effective at all levels of the Company.
