Our Project Management service manages value & risk through the co-ordination of the activities of 3rd parties, ensuring that projects meet - and exceed - the needs of our clients.
Our process:
A thorough brief is taken and discussed in detail; we then advise and can as appropriate, implement the following:
- Appoint a design team
- Choose an appropriate project procurement route (which may involve partnering for optimum savings)
- Implement resource management
- Assess and identify long delivery items for smooth implementation
- Monitor on-site activities
- Manage handover including the move management
