Thomson Bethune are working on the development of St Cecilia’s Hall for the University of Edinburgh
St Cecilia’s Hall which contains one of the oldest recital rooms in the UK is undergoing a major refurbishment and upgrade programme. Thomson Bethune will be carrying out the Cost Management.
Feasibility Study for Abertay Housing Association
Thomson Bethune are carrying out the Feasibility Study for the Dryburgh Multi Storey flats located in Dundee. We will be working with FBN Architects and Wren and Bell Engineers on this project.

Thomson Bethune build on Inverclyde’s reputation for the Arts
The New Greenock Arts Guild will be sited on the prime location of a former dockyard in Greenock. The new building forms part of a wider regeneration of former industrial land along the Inverclyde Waterfront. Thomson Bethune is carrying out the Cost Management on this exciting project and has ensured that full Cost Control has been exercised throughout.
