Cost Management is at the core of what we do and as we have evolved we have developed
other additional services to complement this. We have fully embraced various forms of
procurement but retain the core Cost Management skills in order to advise and offer our clients
a tailored service to meet their various and rigorous requirements.
In delivering our full Cost Management services we aim to manage value and risk through the
co-ordination of the activities of others, ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with specific client needs. We advise on appropriate design teams and procurement routes, resource management and identify long lead-time items. Following appropriate tender awards, we will
monitor, with the design team, the construction process and, closely manage the handover
and commissioning arrangements to ensure smooth transference and continuity on every
project no matter how complex.
