Business Support Coordinator (Edinburgh)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual with a willingness a learn to join our team as Business Support Coordinator. Based within our Edinburgh office, the successfully candidate will provide support and coordination within the operational and administrative functions of the business. 

Due to the varied nature of the role, it will suit individuals who are looking to develop or learn new skills and provides excellent prospects for further development and progression. The responsibilities of the role are including, but not limited to

  • General administrative support
  • Coordination and production of monthly invoicing
  • Coordination of office facilities and suppliers
  • Upkeep and management of company electronic filing systems
  • Coordination of internal communications 

The role will also provide support to our Business Manager in other areas of the business including event planning, marketing activities, business development, tender production.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience within a similar administrative or coordination role, who is capable of organising and managing their own day-to-day workload whilst continuing to seek ways to drive internal processes and the company forward.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role 
  • Self-confident and comfortable reporting to all levels of management 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Competent working of full Office 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Building Surveyor 

We are looking for a Building Surveyor to join our Company.  Working within a collaboratively and vibrant team, this role provides excellent prospects and the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, involving all aspects of building surveying.

Principal Designer experience is desirable but not essential.

Salary will be dependent on experience and will include a number of company benefits.
