Energy Consultancy Services
In addition to our current list of professional services, we are now able to provide Energy Reports and Energy Performance Certificate services for existing homes to clients under the Scottish Building Standards (SBS)/RICS Protocol through our team of Accredited Energy Assessors. Through arrangement with our Energy Consultancy partners we are also able to provide this service for new homes and new and existing commercial properties. Decontamination Facilities
In response to recent studies which have shown the failure of GP and GDP practices to adequately sterilize medical and dental equipment in an area away from the clinical environment, Thomson Bethune have partnered with Thomas Johnstone Building Contractors to provide a complete service offering in this area – from appraising the options available to the complete project and design management of a separate decontamination room/area within the practice.
